C.C.D. Program

Career and Community Development Program

After much research and consideration, we have decided that our primary program launch should focus on career and community development.

By implementing these 2 focus points, we can maximize the efforts of our program by bringing together the two most needed avenues of the community.

1, The community needs individuals who are prepared for today's workforce and qualified to take advantage of a wide rage of employment opportunities local and abroad.

2, While preparing individuals for securing and maintaining employment, we decrease the stress and depression that comes from being unemployed and unable to support yourself, your children or a family and household.

These feelings of stress and depression often lead to the individual doing negative things such as committing crimes against members of the community.

When an individual is properly trained to be able to obtain and maintain employment, they become proud and secure and they feel confident in other areas of their life such as parenthood/marriage and obtaining higher education.

Highlights Of The C.C.D. Program:

We work directly with individuals to give them the tools needed to succeed in the workforce.

What The C.C.D. Program Offers

First and foremost, G.E.D. Preparation assistance is the very first step upon entering the program.
Even before we evaluate your work history, we must make sure that you are in a position to compete with other individuals who will be applying for the same employment opportunities as our participants.

Almost every job requires at least a G.E.D. certificate before employment consideration.

Program Length: 3 Months (Min) - 12 Months (Max) Depending on your individual needs.
